Trial Brief for Graphic Designer
What You’ll Do:
- Create engaging and high-quality graphic designs in Figma for digital and print media (social media content, ads, branding, presentations, etc.)
- Use generative AI tools (Magnific AI, Higgsfield AI) to generate custom static assets and images from scratch, then refine and edit them to align with brand guidelines and client vision, ensuring seamless integration into final deliverables
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity and client requirements
- Review and revise designs based on team and client feedback
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and best practices—including emerging generative design platforms
- Manage design files and assets in an organised way for easy team access, including version control of AI-assisted work
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Figma is our first priority; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is also essential
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative generation and enhancement, specifically:
- Generative AI for copywriting & creative direction (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Generative AI for image and asset creation (Magnific AI, Higgsfield AI, or similar platforms that generate custom assets)
- Ability to prompt effectively and iterate on AI-generated outputs for quality
- Ability to think critically about AI outputs—not just accepting generated assets, but editing and refining them for quality and brand alignment
- Fast, reliable, and self-directed; can own projects from brief to delivery
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and colour theory
- Ability to work on multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (reading and writing)
- Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to bring fresh ideas to the table—plus curiosity about AI-augmented workflows
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus
- Willing to undergo a short design test (which may include AI tool usage) to demonstrate skills
