Trial Brief for 2D Motion Designer

The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the candidate’s reasoning ability, script understanding, and level of creativity. There are two trial tasks that must be completed. All candidates are required to complete both tasks as part of the evaluation process for the next stage.

Trial 1: Design Creativity Test

The Task:

Here is the video that needs to be edited based on the reference above. The edited video should feature social media-quality editing combined with motion graphics effects, matching the style of the reference example provided above.

Output Specifications:

  • 1920 x 1080 resolution in .mp4 format
  • Use engaging and appropriate background music (BGM).
  • Sound effects (SFX) if possible.

Once completed, proceed directly to the second task below.

Trial 2: Understanding Skill & Creative Test

To assess graphic quality, creativity, visual style selection, and proficiency in executing video projects.

Assessment Objective

The Stage 2 results are critical as they:

  • They serve as the primary evaluation of the candidate’s technical ability and creativity.
  • They form the basis for deciding whether the candidate passes the trial.
  • They help our team assess whether the candidate meets our internal quality standards.
